It is structured to support consistent execution across content publishing, email communications, social media, website maintenance, campaign coordination, and platform operations on a week-to-week basis.

This service reflects an established working relationship and is intended to ensure continuity, reliability, and efficiency across active digital initiatives without the need for recurring hourly charges or itemized monthly billing.

Learning Platform & Resource Management (VanMoody.org)

  • Ongoing maintenance and updates to the LearnWorlds VanMoody.org platform

  • Setup and publishing of new leadership resources and courses as released

  • Course page creation, lesson uploads, file management, and organization

  • Updates to existing courses, resources, and downloadable materials as needed

  • Addition of new book releases to the Book Resources section

  • Creation and management of sales and promotional landing pages for courses, books, and leadership materials

  • Coordination between website content, email promotions, and active campaigns

Weekly Advantage Content & Email

  • Weekly blog post setup, formatting, and publishing

  • SEO paragraph writing, descriptions, and optimization

  • Blog graphics and resized web images

  • Weekly eBlast creation, formatting, testing, and scheduling

  • Call-to-action copy, preview text, and email sections

  • Coordination of Weekly Advantage content with Inspiration Apparel promotions when applicable

Social Media Creation & Scheduling

  • Platform-specific copy written for:

    • Facebook

    • Instagram

    • YouTube (including polls and surveys)

    • X (shortened versions)

    • LinkedIn (leadership-focused versions)

    • Pinterest

    • TikTok

  • Creation of post graphics, reel/story videos, thumbnails, and resized assets

  • Scheduling and posting across all active channels

Inspiration Apparel Support

  • Blog post writing and publishing for IA promotions

  • Blog graphics, collection images, and promotional visuals

  • Email marketing support for IA newsletters and campaigns

  • Social media content creation and scheduling

  • Reel and video creation, including voiceover when needed

  • Coordination between IA promotions and Weekly Advantage content

  • Customer Support

Website, Store & Platform Operations

  • Website updates, edits, and content revisions

  • Shopify store maintenance and troubleshooting

  • Printify and Printful product management and provider updates

  • Product image corrections, collection fixes, and channel resyncing

  • Shipping option reviews and testing

  • Backend cleanup and maintenance as needed

Systems & Technical Support

  • LearnWorlds backend support (edits, uploads, troubleshooting, integrations)

  • Zapier automation fixes and rebuilds

  • Keap Database Monthly Checkup to ensure high reach, SEO and list health

  • Platform issue troubleshooting as issues arise

Notes

  • This monthly service reflects an ongoing, recurring workload.

  • Larger new builds or initiatives outside the normal weekly scope can be discussed separately if needed.

  • Software’s such as Placeit for Inspiration Apparel mockups, etc. must have subscriptions by Van Moody Ministries.

  • A 30-day notice is requested for any changes or discontinuation.
