• Priority request handling and faster turnaround

• Light strategy and execution alignment

• Proactive recommendations and system upkeep

This is capacity-based support, not hourly tracking. Scope is intentionally flexible and adjusted based on ongoing needs.

Billing: Monthly, auto-billed

Discovery Session: Required for all new clients
